Tea cultivation began 580 years ago and Ureshino is known as one of the leading tea production areas in Kyushu.
The new concept of “tea tourism” at Ureshino has developed in order to provide delicious tastes to the travelers. Four tea rooms were created in the city. By making a reservation in advance, you can experience a private tea ceremony with tea lecturers (tea farmers).
