Kumamoto Prefectural Office Promenade
The promenade at the front entrance of the Kumamoto Prefectural Office is lined with beautiful ginkgo trees, whose yellow leaves can be seen in every direction in autumn. The trees are illuminated at night, creating a magical atmosphere in the heart of Kumamoto. In addition, a bronze statue of Luffy, a member of the Straw Hat Pirates, which was erected as part of the One Piece Kumamoto Revival Project, stands in the promenade waiting to welcome all who pass.
