Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai: 10:00 to 22:00 (*varies by store), Senkyaku Banrai Rooftop Footbath is open from 9:00 to 22:00, and the hot spring facility (Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club) is open 24 hours a day.
