Kushida Shrine
It is the oldest shrine in Fukuoka City and known as the guardian shrine of the city. The longstanding divine virtues of "Kushida-sama" are said to be longevity and prosperity in business. It is the starting point of the final day's float race of the Hakata Gion Yamakasa, registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
