Sunamushi Onsen Saraku
There are over 1,000 places where sources of hot springs gush forth throughout Ibusuki City, the only place where you can experience a “sunamushi onsen,” or sand bath, where warm sand is wrapped around your body. If you time it right, you can have a sand bath while listening to the soothing sounds of rippling waves lapping the shores.
Enjoy the world’s only natural “sunamushi onsen" that is highly effective for both detoxing and relaxing.
